SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship to select Metro Manila areas through our in-house logistics and partner courier services: GrabExpress, Lalamove, and Mr. Speedy. You have the option to book your own logistics courier.

Orders outside Metro Manila will not be entertained unless he/she will pick up their items in our office.

  • Shipping fee depends on the location of the buyer.
  • Shipping fee is waived for customers who opt to do a pick up from our location.

How Shipping Works

  1. Please allot at least 1 business day for your order to be processed by our team.
  2. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive another email regarding the delivery information ( courier service, customer contact information, and time of delivery). Note* Price is dependent on delivery location. 
  3. On the date of the delivery, you will receive a call or text from our team reminding you about your delivery. Please ensure that you will be available to receive your order. If you are unavailable or will authorize another person to receive the delivery, we need you to provide the following:
  • Authorization letter with customer's signature
  • Photocopy of customer's valid government ID
  • Upon delivery, please present a government valid ID to the delivery man. Delivery signature is required.
