Shipping policy

Deliveries will be made by Titanium Mobile or through our partner third party courier service, LBC Philippines, depending on location, which will be specified in the shipping methods and order confirmation email. 
1. Titanium Mobile requires one (1) to three (3) business days to process and ship out the order. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on the availability of the courier service, delivery address, mode of payment, and other circumstances.
2. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices indicated in the website unless it is expressly specified for a product on the website.
3. Titanium Mobile will be deemed to have delivered the product(s) to the customer when the item is accepted at the address provided when the order was placed on the website.
4. For customer protection, a signature is required for deliveries made by Titanium Mobile's in-house courier and third party partner courier.  The receiver indicated upon check out should receive the products. If the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, he/she shall prepare an authorization letter to allow a representative to receive the product. The authorized representative should also present his or her valid ID.
6. Titanium Mobile does not allow changes in the delivery address after an order has been confirmed and shipped. If a change of delivery address is absolutely necessary, Titanium Mobile shall consider it as a failed delivery and additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Titanium Mobile will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligations under this agreement that is caused by the third party courier service or by force majeure, such as any act or event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, supplier or sub-Agreement or failure, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or failure of public or private telecommunications network or impossibility of the use of public or private transport. If such events occur and affects the performance of Titanium Mobile's obligations, you will be notified as soon as possible and Titanium Mobile's obligations under this Agreement will be suspended and the time of performance of Titanium Mobile's obligations will be extended for the duration of the force majeure. Titanium Mobile reserves the right to defer the date of delivery of the product(s) or to cancel the delivery of the products under such circumstances.
Titanium Mobile shall not be held liable for non-delivery of product(s) due to the following circumstances:
    a) Unavailability of receiver indicated upon checkout or his/her authorized representative;
    b) Incomplete or incorrect address;
c) When customer changes delivery after order confirmation and shipping
d) Other situations beyond Titanium Mobile's control or its affiliate third party courier
Titanium Mobile reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for the foregoing situations. To avoid failed deliveries, Titanium Mobile shall confirm with the customer’s/cardholder’s advice before proceeding to make the delivery attempt. 
If delivery fails on the third attempt, the transaction shall be deemed terminated and all delivery fees and charges shall be forfeited.
PRICING
a. The price of the product(s) will be as quoted on Titanium Mobile's website, except in cases of obvious error. Unless otherwise stated upon checkout, the price quoted on Titanium Mobile's  website for product(s) excludes delivery charges or any government-related taxes in relation to delivery charges. 
b. Product prices and delivery charges may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders where the Order Confirmation has been sent.
