We have a 7-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a copy of a technical report or letter of approval for replacement from the manufacturer's authorized service center, showing that there is a factory defect with the product(s) purchased and received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or replacement request, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
The customer has the duty to check the completeness, accuracy, and condition of the products upon receipt thereof. Thus, if the product received is not the product ordered, or the box is lacking of any accessory, or it is proven to have a factory defect, it must refuse its delivery and immediately return it the delivery service. The delivery service will wait for 15 minutes from receipt of the products ordered to allow the customer to check its completeness, accuracy, and condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacement and refunds of product(s) due to change of mind is not allowed. Only goods with proven factory defects can be returned and exchanged, subject to the product warranty policies herein.
All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds will be made via bank transfer and into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided to Titanium Mobile or cheque pick-up at the preferred branch of store.
All refunds will be deducted with transaction fees, handling and shipping fee incurred by the transaction, if applicable.
Titanium Mobile offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing guidelines. All refunds are conditional uponTitanium Mobile’s acceptance of a valid return or exchange of the item.
Titanium Mobile reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice. Titanium Mobilewill not provide a refund for certain goods which by nature cannot be returned.
