How to Order

  1. Place your order on our website and provide all necessary information.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been placed.
  3. Another email containing the payment and shipping guidelines will be sent.
  4. Once payment has been made, please reply to the email with the proof of payment.
  5. Please give our team at least 1 business day to process your order.
  6. Once your order has been processed, our team will coordinate with you regarding shipping or pick up.
  7. For any item with factory defect, please contact us immediately.

Shipping & Pick Ups

  • We currently ship to select Metro Manila areas through our partner courier services: GrabExpress, Lalamove, and Mr. Speedy. 
  • Please note that Titanium Mobile Philippines will not be held liable for loses or damages to items shipped via courier services.
  • Orders outside Metro Manila will not be entertained unless he/she will pick up their items in our office.
  • Shipping fee depends on the location of the buyer.
  • Shipping fee is waived for customers who opt to do a pick up from our location.
  • Customers who will make a purchase must be the recipient of the delivery. Kindly show a valid government ID to the rider.
